Dispense-Art™ - Custom Print with your supplied artwork.
Use our dispenser and sign template to design a dog waste station to match your brand, HOA or city’s look. All designs must be on our Template due to specific hole openings and measurements. This printing option is recommended for customers with access to a professional graphic designer who has the Adobe Illustrator design program.

Purchase Instructions:
Step 1: Download template for design. Templates are available for download as an .AI file. All designs must be on our Template due to specific hole openings and measurements. Dispenser Openings vary for Roll Bag or Header style bag. Roll Bag Dispensers have 3 Openings, Header Bag Dispensers have 1 Opening – Please make sure you are designing on the correct template.
Please note- All artwork files must be designed in Adobe Illustrator and must be on the designated template due to specific hole openings and measurements of our dispensers and signs. All fonts must be converted to curves/outlines prior to submission to avoid font problems.
Step 2: Upload your design & place order. (See design requirements below)
Step 3: Our graphics team will confirm via email that your artwork is print ready before the item is released to production. If there are issues with your design, your artwork will be rejected, and an email will be sent with instructions of what needs to be fixed for print. Our graphics team cannot make changes to customer supplied artwork. Two artwork checks are included in price. Additional artwork proofs or changes may incur additional fees.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPLIED ART FILES:
Uploading your artwork is the quickest way to transfer your art to us. Please review the Art Requirements before proceeding. Knowing this information will save you time and move along production of your order.
ART REQUIREMENTS & ACCEPTED FILES:
- Print Ready Artwork Files in: .PDF, .AI, .EPS
- Please send Artwork PDF and EPS files with outlined fonts. Artwork supplied without outlines will be rejected.
- File minimum: 300 dpi - Low resolution orders will be rejected.
- All artwork files must be saved in CMYK.
- Designs with Logos: Please use the highest resolution version of your logo if using .Jpeg format. Low resolution logos or photos will result in blurry or illegible printing and may be rejected.
COMMON PROBLEMS & IMPORTANT TIPS FOR SUPPLIED ARTWORK:
- Internet graphics (GIF< JPEG< BMP) are usually of unacceptable quality and will not give a clear reproduction. For example, saving a low resolution .GIF or .JPEG as .AI or .EPS does not convert your art to an acceptable vector art format. It essentially renames it.
- Dispenser Openings vary for Roll Bag or Header style bag. Roll Bag Dispensers have 3 Openings, Header Bag Dispensers have 1 Opening – Please make sure you are designing on the correct template. If you’re unsure we are happy to help.
- Avoid very detailed or very small artwork along dispenser openings. Do not design artwork, lines, or designs to line up exactly to any hole openings. The dispenser lid can shift slightly during print causing text or designs to be cut off or not remain exactly around the hole line. It is best to not use the hole openings as a design element.
- Keep a 1/2” margin around edges for designs with text, logo, or artwork designs to make sure everything is printed within the correct area and is not cut off. Colors and designs will print all the way to the edge.
- Please use a .125” bleed around all edges to ensure full print coverage.
- Printing is in CMYK, PMS matching is not available.
